We provide an on-site superintendent to oversee day-to-day implementation of your project, a project manager to provide daily coordination and working relationships with all staff, and a senior officer to manage the entire process.
We have office management that works on document control, accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and contracting while the field management concentrates on the daily operations of the site as well as managing the field forces of the subcontractors for all trades.
